Heat your grill to 350°F.
Season the rib rack generously with salt and cook for 1 hour or 120°F internal temperature.
Baste with Honey Money Sauce and continue to cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140°F, approximately 15 more minutes.
Remove the loin from the grill and let rest for at least 10 minutes prior to cutting.
Cut the loin into individual pork chops and serve with the Pura Vida sauce and grilled tomatoes.
