Cheshire Pork Baby Back Ribs: Heat @KamadoJoe to 225 Degrees and add hickory smoking chips Remove membrane from the back of the Ribs Season Ribs generously with salt and pepper Place rib-side down on the Kamado Joe and cook for 2 hrs After 2 hrs, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place back on the grill for 1 more hr.
